Welcome to Your Heart Collective

Helping Christian women & families move from survival mode to Spirit-led peace through biblical truth, nervous system renewal, and intentional living.

Let Me Introduce Myself

Hi, I’m Vanessa Morris—wife, mama of three, and founder of Your Heart Collective. For over 20 years, I’ve served in ministry and child advocacy, equipping families, creating faith-centered resources, and walking alongside those seeking healing, connection, and hope. I’m also a Certified Polyvagal Therapy and Neuroscience Coach.

My passion is helping Christian women and families move from striving and survival mode into intentional rhythms rooted in faith, nervous system health, connection, and grace—so they can create homes where people feel safe, known, and deeply loved.

My story is woven into this calling. I grew up experiencing deep brokenness and the absence of the parents I needed, yet God placed people in my life who showed me the power of presence, compassion, and choosing to stand in the gap. I also walked through the grief of multiple adoption losses, which deepened my belief that family is built through love, commitment, and belonging—not biology alone.

Today, I combine neuroscience, Scripture, and lived experience to help women and families slow down, release the pressure of perfection, regulate with God’s presence, and cultivate a life that reflects what matters most.

A recovering perfectionist turned “good-enoughist,” I believe each season holds something deeply meaningful. Let's slow down and build what lasts.

Verses for Your Heart

Love God, your God, with your whole heart: love him with all that’s in you, love him with all you’ve got! Write these commandments that I’ve given you today on your hearts. Get them inside of you and then get them inside your children. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning to when you fall into bed at night.
